KINOLVE is accessed in a web browser. There are no physical products, shipping charges or courier deliveries. Private pilot access is available only to authorised accounts.
Assessment delivery
After upload, video processing and AI review run online. Confirm or correct the movement identification before review. Completed assessments appear in the workspace and history. Processing time varies with video size, queue and provider availability; no fixed turnaround is guaranteed.
Progress and errors are displayed in the workspace. Reopen a saved assessment to resume where supported. Insufficient evidence may produce an unable-to-assess result rather than a programme.
Paid access and confirmation
Live purchases are currently disabled. Successful activation means the purchased access has been enabled in your account. A browser return alone does not establish payment. Subscription dates use the verified payment completion time; delayed verification does not restart the year. Pending purchases remain unfulfilled until confirmed.
