What KINOLVE processes

The private service uses your authenticated account identifier to separate your assessments. It processes uploaded videos, filenames, recording angles and conditions, goals and training context, including age-eligibility and pain/injury answers you choose to provide. It also stores extracted frames, pose data, AI observations, programme eligibility, completion and progression records, and baseline/retest links.

Why this information is used

Information is used to secure your workspace, process recordings, check whether an assessment is supportable, prepare relevant recommendations where eligible, save results and compare retests. Context does not by itself establish a physical deficiency. Upload consent is requested before provider processing starts.

Processing services

• Sites / Cloudflare: website hosting and private assessment/video storage.
• Modal: receives uploaded video bytes for decoding and pose extraction.
• OpenAI: receives selected video frames, recording labels and relevant assessment context for movement identification and structured visual review.

OpenAI requests use store:false. This setting does not mean all provider retention is eliminated. Temporary data, abuse-monitoring records, backups, processing regions and retention remain subject to the providers' applicable terms and account settings. KINOLVE does not claim zero retention, storage exclusively in India, or clinical-data compliance certification.

Access and security

Assessments are restricted to the signed-in account owner in the current pilot. API credentials are held server-side and are not included in the client bundle. Operational security or service logs may record request metadata and errors; they are not intended as a repository for API secrets or uploaded video contents. No system can guarantee absolute security.

Retention and deletion

Saved assessments remain in the private workspace until deleted. The Delete assessment control removes the active application record and its stored originals, frames and pose output after processing permits deletion. Deletion cannot undo processing already performed and does not immediately remove provider-side logs, temporary job data or backups retained under provider policies.

Earlier prototype data, if present, is kept separately in your browser and labelled as a demo archive. Clearing that browser data is separate from deleting a real account assessment.

Your choices and requests

You can choose not to upload, correct recording details before submission, review and delete your assessments, and decline to provide optional training context. A consented upload may already be processing if you stop waiting in the browser. Avoid unnecessary identifiers or bystanders in recordings. Do not upload children's recordings without appropriate permission; automatic corrective programmes are not provided for minors.

Payments, cookies and policy changes

Live payments are disabled. When you choose sandbox checkout, Cashfree receives your account email, checkout phone and order details. Card and bank payment credentials are entered on Cashfree’s hosted checkout, not in KINOLVE. KINOLVE stores transaction identifiers, amount, status, subscription dates, referral attribution and commission/transfer status. Verified beneficiary identifiers may be recorded; bank account numbers and IFSC are not stored by KINOLVE. Transaction and audit records are retained separately from deleted assessments for reconciliation and applicable recordkeeping obligations. A referral link can store its code on your device for up to 30 days; you confirm attribution before purchase. No user’s assessments are disclosed to a referrer. Hosting and sign-in services may use essential session technologies to keep you signed in and secure the site. No advertising or social-feed features are included in this build. This policy will be updated if processing or paid features change.
